HOW MUCH ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Prices starts 120 PHP for orders within the Philippines and 3 USD for overseas.
WHEN IS THE EXPECTED TIME OF ARRIVAL?
3-4 weeks after deadline of pre-order.
For onhand items, products are shipped 1-2 days after placement of order via Shopee app.
WHY IS YOUR ORDER FORM CLOSED?
Order forms are only open until deadline of pre-order.
Onhand items are available on our Shopee account.
HOW WILL I KNOW AVAILABILITY OF ONHAND PRODUCTS?
You can check availability of onhand products under 'AVAILABILITY CHECK' button in our site's homepage.
WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
Updates regarding restocking of products are announced through our social media accounts.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order by messaging us through e-mail or Twitter DM. Cancellation fee of PHP 100 / 5 USD will be charged.
